Processing Time

All custom orders are made to order

Standard processing time is 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand seasons (e.g. holidays), please allow up to 10 business days.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

     Estimated Delivery Time (after processing).

          Standard: 5-8 business days

          Expedited: 1-3 business days

Note: Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Domestic Shipping

     We currently ONLY ship to all United States of America and its territories.

 

Shipping Rates

     Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery location.

     Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

     If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the the packaging and item.

     If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us— we'll do our best to assist! 

Local Pickup

     Available for local customers in the following counties: Hart Franklin, Stephens, Elbert, Jefferson, and Banks. 

     Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll contact you to schedule a pickup time.
